According to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), 4,027 new cases were reported in 24 hours. The overall positive rate reached 7.8 percent.
In a single day in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 5 people died due to corona, while the mass vaccination center in Islamabad F-9 was reopened due to increasing cases.
According to Health Ministry, the highest percentage of Omicron positive cases is reported in Sindh. The positive ratio of cases in the province is more than 22 percent. 2412 cases of COVID-19 have been reported in Karachi. As many as 11,783 tests have been constructed during last 24 hours.
Meanwhile, positive ratio of COVID-19 cases in Hyderabad increased to eight percent.
On the other hand, Doctor Salahuddin has lost his live due COVID-19. He was performing his duty at a private hospital.
