LONDON (92 News) – Punjab Governor Chaudhary Sarwar has said that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) put their everything in pawn in exchange for the US$6 billion loan.

Addressing a ceremony in London on Thursday, he said that he would immediately resign if asked to tender the resignation. "I did not want get the office of the governor, but accepted the decision of the party," he maintained.

He said that the IMF will give the US$6 billion loan in three years, i.e., two billion a year.

Chaudhary Sarwar said that a country having no punishment and reward system cannot run. "The PTI delivered in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the established the punishment and reward system," he added.
