LHC declares shifting of sugar mills owned by Sharif family illegal

LAHORE (92 News) – The Lahore High Court has on Monday declared shifting of sugar mills owned by Sharif family illegal.

A two-member bench of the Lahore High Court (LHC) headed by Chief Justice Mansoor Ali Shah declared the relocationing of Ittefaq Sugar Mills, Haseeb Waqas sugar mills and Chaudhary sugar mills owned by Sharif family illegal

The court also ordered to shift the sugar mills back to their original locations.

The verdict was given on application of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Jahangir Tareen.
