PM Shehbaz Sharif reconstitutes eight-member Council of Common Interests

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Friday reconstituted the Council of Common Interests (CCI).

A notification in this regard has been issued. For the first time, the foreign minister, in place of the finance minister, has been included in the council.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will head the eight-member council. All the provincial chief ministers have been included in the council as members.

According to the notification, Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Defence Minister Khawaja Asif, Minister for States and Frontier Regions Ameer Muqam are among the members.
