PTI to take out rally for freedom of judiciary, release of Prisoner No 804 in Peshawar on Sunday

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) will hold a rally for freedom of the judiciary and release of Prisoner No 804 in Peshawar on Sunday.

This was announced by PTI leader Barrister Gohar Ali on Thursday. He said that the PTI founder was saddened by the letter written by six judges of the Islamabad High Court.

Barrister Gohar said that they are standing with the judiciary and would write a letter to Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa over the issue.

PTI leader Faisal Javed said that the objective of their movement was to secure the release of Prisoner No 804. He said that the PTI founder had allowed to start a movement for the independence of the judiciary.

"The people should come out of their houses and stand with justice," he quoted the PTI founder as saying.
