Senate elections: All candidates from Balochistan elected unopposed

QUETTA (92 News) - All candidates from Balochistan for the Senate elections have been elected unopposed.

The candidates have been elected unopposed for seven general seats and two each seats for women and technocrats.

According to the Balochistan provincial election commissioner, two candidates have been elected unopposed for technocrat seats after the retirement of Maslahuddin Mengal.

On the other hand, the process to print the ballot papers for the Senate elections is in the final phase. According to sources in the Election Commission of Pakistan, white ballot papers are being printed for the general seats, green for technocrat, pink for women's reserved seats and yellow for the minorities.
