250 suspects, facilitators arrested in crackdown on COAS orders
LAHORE (92 News) – On the orders of Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif, 250 people have been arrested in the crackdown launched across Punjab.
Pak Army and Rangers jawans are participating in the operation.
As many as 21 people have been arrested from Lahore, 30 from Faisalabad and 70 from Multan.
According to the ISPR, a huge quantity of weapons and explosives were also recovered from the accused.
Meanwhile, the Punjab government has prepared a list of 1,600 workers belonging to banned outfits.
