29 flights of PIA, private air lines cancelled across country

KARACHI (92 News) – As many as 29 flights of the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) and other private airlines were cancelled on Tuesday, causing problems for passengers.

Sources said that 20 domestic and international flights of the PIA were cancelled. “PIA’s 8 international flights scheduled for Abu Dhabi, Doha, China and Jeddah were cancelled, while 12 domestic flights had to leave for Lahore, Multan, Sukkur, Islamabad, Skardu, Peshawar and Dadu,” they said.

The sources said six flights of Air Blue bound for Jeddah, Karachi and Lahore were postponed, while three flights of Shaheen Airlines heading to Karachi and Islamabad were cancelled.
