5.9 earthquake jolts different parts of Pakistan
LAHORE (92 News) – An earthquake of magnitude 5.9 jolted different parts of the country including Lahore, Abbottabad and Shangla on Friday.
The earthquake mainly hit different parts of Pakistan including Dir Bala, Sawat, Kohat, Malakand, Shangla, Abbottabad, Naushehra, Chitral, Kala Bagh, Swabi, Batgram, Haripur and Lahore.
The epicenter of the earthquake was border area of Afghanistan and Tajikistan. The magnitude of earthquake was recorded 5.9 on the Richter scale while the depth was recorded at 204km.
