ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The five-day anti-polio campaign is successfully underway across the country. As many as 29.6 million children will be administered anti-polio drops during the drive which will continue till September 25. The coronavirus SOPs are being implemented strictly. In a video message, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Health Dr Faisal Sultan appealed to parents to fully cooperate with the teams. He urged the people to administer the anti-polio drops to their children. During the five-day drive, over 1.38 million children will be administered anti-polio drops across the province. On Saturday, Faisalabad Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Ali had inaugurated the campaign with parliamentarians and the Health Department officers at Allied Hospital. The Faisalabad deputy commissioner appreciated the efforts of 92 News for playing its role to make the drive successful. He also appealed to the parents to make the campaign successful. On Sunday, the seven-day campaign started in Sindh. Health Minister Azra Pechuho inaugurated the campaign on Saturday.
