KARACHI (92 News) - Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Murad Ali Shah on Friday has visited Nursery on Shahrah-e-Faisal in Karachi and inspected rescue operation after torrential rains inundated different areas in the metropolis. During the visit, the CM has directed managing director of Karachi and Sewerage Water Board to review the master plan regarding dealing with rain-related incidents and submit report as early as possible. Earlier, Sindh Chief Minister said that the rains would continue intermittently till Friday evening. He said the government is in contact with the Army, Navy and NDMA. Murad Ali Shah said that rain water will be drained out once the downpour stops because if it rains again, it will cause even more trouble. He appealed to the citizens not to leave their homes. He said that water has entered houses everywhere including less developed areas of the city.
