RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Three citizens, including two women, were injured in unprovoked firing by Indian troops in Rakhchikri sector along the Line of Control (LOC) on Wednesday. According to a press release issued by the ISPR, Indian Army troops initiated unprovoked ceasefire violation deliberately targeting civil population. As a result, three civilians, including two women, of Akhori village got injured. The Pakistan Army troops responded effectively to Indian firing. On July 17, two women were injured in Indian unprovoked ceasefire violation in Rakhchikri and Baroh sector along the Line of Control (LoC). The Indian Army troops initiated unprovoked ceasefire violation and targeted civilian population. As a result, two women, residents of Kirni and Gahi village, were injured. They were taken to nearby medical facility for treatment. During this year, the Indian Army has committed 1,698 ceasefire violations (CFVs) till now.
