Abdur Rashid Ghazi murder case: Plea for Musharraf’s exemption from appearance adjourned until May 5
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – District and Sessions Judge Wajid Ali Khan adjourned the Abdur Rashid Ghazi murder case until May 5.
Malik Tahir, counsel for former president Pervez Musharraf, submitted an application seeking permanent exemption for his client from appearance in court. “According to the medical report, Pervez Musharraf cannot travel and hence he should be permanently exempted from appearance in court.
The counsel for the complainant said that if Pervez Musharraf can appear in a TV show why he cannot appear in court.
