1,435 stranded Pakistanis evacuated from Ukraine

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - As many as 1,435 stranded Pakistanis have been evacuated from Ukarine, said the Pakistan Embassy.

Six more are reaching the border adjacent to Hungry. Two Pakistanis are reaching the Poland border from Ukraine. Moreover, 40 Pakistanis are still in Kyiv and other cities.

Meanwhile, 12 Pakistanis are stuck in Chernihiv, the area which is under attack of Russian troops. Now, these 12 Pakistanis have safely reached to Lviv. Sooner, they would be evacuated from Ukarine.On the other hand, there are three students in Ivano-Frankivsk who are not willing to return from Ukarine.

According to the Embassy officials, there are 1,262 Pakistanis in Poland, 123, including 10 family of memebers of the diplomatic staff in Romania, 12 in Hungary, nine in Moldovo and nine Solvekia.
