ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as dengue fever claims 11 more lives and 190 new cases were reported in twin cities.

According to district health officer Islamabad, 58 new cases were reported in rural areas and 67 in the urban areas. Moreover, 125 new cases were reported in the city during the last 24 hours. The total number of dengue patients in the city 3,172.

Meanwhile in Rawalpindi, 65 new cases of dengue fever were reported during the last 24 hours. Dengue fever affected nearly 2000 lives in the city. The situation of 7 dengue patients in the city is critical.

Furthermore, the total number of dengue patients in twin cities exceeded 5 thousand.
