11 picnickers drown in different incidents on second day of Eid

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as 11 picnickers drowned in different incidents on the second day of Eidul Fitr. In Muzaffargarh, three sisters drowned in the River Chenab while taking a selfie. However, one of them was rescued by locals. Efforts are going on to search the bodies of Kiran, 18, and Heerm daughters of Fayyaz Umar. As per details, five sisters had gone to the river for picnic with their cousin. Three started taking a bath in the river. They could not keep their balance while taking a selfie and drowned. In Multan, a youth drowned in the river. Seven people, including five children drowned in different incidents in Karachim Thattha, Shikarpur, Dadu, Muzaffargarh and Attock.
