111 new cases of dengue reported in twin cities during last 24 hours

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as more 111 people fell prey to dengue fever in the twin cities during last 24 hours, increasing the total patients to over 7000.

According to Islamabad district health officer, 11 cases of dengue in rural areas and 37 cases in urban areas were reported. The total number of dengue cases reaches 4,247. 19 people so far have lost their lives due to dengue fever.

Meanwhile, Rawalpindi district health officer said that 28 cases of dengue fever were reported in Holy Family Hospital, 10 in Benazir Hospital and 25 cases in DHQ hospital. The total number of dengue cases reaches 3,042 in the city.
