115 new cases of dengue reported in twin cities during last 24 hours

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as more 115 people fell prey to dengue fever in the twin cities during last 24 hours, exceeding the total patients 6000.

According to Islamabad district health officer 46 new cases of dengue fever were reported in the city. 8 cases of dengue fever in rural areas and 6 cases in urban areas were reported. The total number of dengue cases reaches 3,643. 14 people have so far lost their lives due to dengue fever.

Meanwhile, Rawalpindi district health officer said that 69 new cases of dengue fever were reported in the city. Situation of 6 patients is critical.
