118 coronavirus deaths, 4,318 new cases reported during last 24 hours

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as 118 more deaths were reported during the last 24 hours, increasing the death toll to 15,619.

According to the data available with the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), the cases positivity rate was recorded at 8.54 percent.

During the last 24 hours, 50,520 tests were conducted and as a result, the number of total tests conducted so far increased to 10,829,99. There are 4,198 critical cases in the country.

In Punjab, the coronavirus SOPs have been extended until April 26. A notification in this regard has been issued. Eighteen districts have been badly affected by the pandemic. A ban has been imposed on outdoor wedding ceremonies.

Province-wise Cases: Sindh (269,474) KPK (100,275), Punjab (252,974), Islamabad (66,983), Balochistan (20,397), AJK (14,687), Gilgit Baltistan (5,130).
