12 judges move LHC against compulsory retirement

LAHORE (92 News) – Twelve judges have filed a petition in the Lahore High Court (LHC) against their compulsory retirement. Shahid Mahmood, in the petition, stated that the 12 additional and senior judges had been compulsory retired without being listened. He said that no one could be penalized without being listened according to the law. He prayed to the court to restore them.
