12 students injured as train collides with school van in Narowal

NAROWAL (92 News) – Twelve students were injured when a Lasani Express collided with school van in Narowal on Tuesday. The van was crossing the Paijowali railway crossing when the accident occurred. The train was heading to Lahore. The injured were shifted to DHQ Hospital. Two of the injured are stated to be in a critical condition. The injured students told 92 News that no railway employee was deployed at the crossing point. They said that there was dense fog when the accident occurred. Chief Minister Usman Buzdar has sought a report from the authorities concerned. 92 News had pointed out the unmanned railway crossing a month ago.
