14 killed, 27 wounded as bus collides with van in Dashat

QUETTA (92 News) – As many as 14 people were killed in a collision between a bus and a van in Dashat, Quetta on Saturday. Four children of a family and two Levies officials are among the deceased. The ill-fated bus carrying Quetta University employees was going to Bolan for picnic when it had an accident. Eyewitnesses said that the accident had occurred due to over-speeding. The bodies and injured have been shifted to Civil Hospital where emergency has been declared. Relatives of the van driver said that a majority of deceased belonged to Sibbi. The condition of five injured is stated to be critical.
