COVID-19: 141 more deaths, 4,199 new infections reported during past 24 hours

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as 141 more deaths due to coronavirus and 4,199 new cases have been reported across the country during the last 24 hours.

According to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), 61,410 tests were conducted while positivity ratio remained 6.83 percent. The death toll due to pandemic in the country has reached 25,220. The number of positive cases has surged to 1,135,858.

Till now 48,717 active cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Sindh, 24,411 in Punjab, 7,600 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 5,630 in Islamabad, 506 in Balochistan, 3,839 in Azad Kashmir and 501 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Furthermore, 424,139 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Sindh, 383,742 in Punjab, 158,243 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 96,980 in Islamabad, 31,928 in Balochistan, 31,087 in Azad Kashmir and 9,739 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
