15-year-old girl gang-raped by dacoits in Pattoki

PATTOKI (92 News) - A 15-year-old girl was gang-raped by dacoits near Pattoki-Chunian Bypass on Wednesday night.

Zahoor Ahmed along with his daughter and five-year-old son was going to his house after attending a wedding when dacoits intercepted and looted them.

Later, the dacoits took the girl to nearby fields and raped her. On seeing the passers-by, the dacoits escaped leaving behind their bike.

After getting information, the Sadr police reached there and shifted the victim and her father to hospital. The medico-legal certificate (MLO) has confirmed the rape of the girl.

The police have registered a case. On the order of the Kasur DPO, teams have been formed to arrest the culprits.

Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif and IGP Punjab Rao Sardar have taken notice of the incident.
