15th death anniversary of renowned poet is being observed today
LAHORE (92 News) – The 15th death anniversary of renowned poet Munir Niazi is being observe on Sunday.
Munir Niazi saw troubles and hard times in his life maybe that is the reason we find feeling repentence in his poetry. The decaying of beauty in the state of fear or turning into some fearful state indentifies an important human psychology.
It does not mean that he finds survival in laying down arms before the circumstances but he finds sadder in doing nothing.
Munir Niazi wrote many movie songs and many got huge popularity. He was also awarded with Sitara Imtiaz.
He wrote 13 books of Urdu poetry, three books of Punjabi poetry and two books of English poetry. He left this world in 2006.
