17 abductees recovered from custody of banned Jamaatul Ahrar

PESHAWAR (92 News) – The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Frontier Constabulary recovered 17 abductees from the custody of the banned Jamaatul Ahrar on Saturday. The abductees had been shifted to Afghanistan after their kidnap from near Pak-Afghan border five months ago. They have been handed over to their relatives at Khyber Rifles Headquarters, Landi Kotal. Tribal elders and relatives of the abductees thanked the Corps Commander Peshawar, Inspector General Frontier Corps and security forces for securing their release.
