17 more dengue cases reported in Islamabad during last 24 hours
ISLAMABAD (92 News) - As many as 17 more dengue cases have been reported in Islamabad city during last 24 hours.
Dengue cases are increasing day by day in Islamabad. The District Health Officer said that 17 dengue cases have been reported in the last 24 hours. 13 dengue cases were reported in rural areas and 4 from urban areas. Dengue virus was confirmed in 7 people in Federal General Hospital and 5 in private laboratories.
DHO Islamabad further says that the total number of people affected by dengue has reached 4,758. The number of dengue cases in rural areas is 2,766 while the total number in urban areas is 1,992. 9 people have died due to dengue so far. Doctors have appealed to citizens to be careful! Cases may increase further.
