17-year-old maid allegedly commits suicide in Lahore

LAHORE (92 News) – A 17-year-old maid allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself from a ceiling fan in Gujjarpura area on Monday. Her relatives told 92 News that Amna had been working as maid in the house of one Safdar at Rs 3,000 per month for the last five years. They said that she had gone to work happily after Eid holidays and she could not commit suicide. They alleged that she had been murdered. The police have taken the body into their custody and shifted to hospital for autopsy.
