ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as 175 people fell prey to dengue fever in twin cities during last 24 hours.

According to the Islamabad district health officer, 98 new cases of dengue fever were reported in the city. 71 cases of dengue fever in rural areas and 27 cases in urban areas were reported.

The total number of dengue cases reached at 3,933.

Meanwhile, Rawalpindi district health officer said that 77 cases of dengue fever were reported in Allied Hospital, 35 in Holy Family Hospital, 23 in Benazir Hospital and 19 cases in DHQ hospital. The condition of eight patients is stated to be critical.
