2,729 new coronavirus cases, 71 deaths reported during last 24 hours

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as 2,729 new coronavirus cases and 71 deaths were reported during the last 24 hours on Saturday.

According to data availabale with the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), the pandemic claimed lives of 71 more people during the last 24 hours. the death toll has now reached 8,724.

The figure of patients recovered from the virus has reached 381,208 There are now 45,124 active cases in the country.

There are 192,735 patients in Sindh, 126,526 in Punjab, 51,404 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 34,300 in Islamabad, 17,696 in Balochistan, 7,620 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and 4,775 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
