KARACHI (92 News) – A 20-member sleeper cell of the Indian intelligence agency RAW existed in the Karachi Water Board. This was disclosed by the four RAW agents, including Abdul Jabbar alias Zafar Tension, Mohsin, Shafique alias Pappu and Khalid Aman alias Dad, arrested by the Counter Terrorism Department. They said that the cell sleeper was imparted the training of modern weapons in India. They said that Safdar Baqri and Mahmood Siddiqui controlled the sleeper cell. “The agents trained by India were got employed in the Water Board. Investment was made with the builders through the money coming from India. The purpose of making investment was to save the funds received from India,” they disclosed, adding the Indian money was passed through six different bank accounts. Meanwhile, the CTD has sought details of six bank accounts from the FIA.
