200 acres of land will be given for residential colony in Gwadar: PM Shehbaz Sharif

GWADAR (92 News) - Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced 200 acres of land for a residential colony in Gwadar.

Addressing a gathering during his visit to Gwadar on Friday, he also announced to give engines to local fishermen for boats.

He said that China had given 3,700 solar units to citizens in Gwadar. "The work on provision of 100 megawatts of electricity will be completed soon. The progress of Balochistan will be meaningless till resolution of the problems of Gwadar," he added.

The prime minister announced to establish a 100-bed hospital of international standard in Gwadar. "The hospital will provide healthcare facilities of international standard to local people," he added.

Shehbaz Sharif said that the objective of his visit was to hold a meeting with the people of Gwadar. "It is my top priority to solve the problems of the people," he added.

He said that the government would work day and night for progress and prosperity of the province.
