3,000 Indian Sikh yatrees return home by three trains

LAHORE (92 News) – Over 3,000 Sikh yatrees returned to India after participating in the 549th birth anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak Dev Jee on Friday. Evacuee Trust Property Board Secretary Tariq Wazir Khan bid them farewell at Lahore Railway Station. They were brought to Lahore Railway Station from Gurdwara Sri Dera Sahib in groups amid tight security. Talking to the media, ETPB Secretary Tariq Wazir Khan said that they are striving to provide more batter facilities to Sikh yatrees. The Sikh yatrees thanked the Pakistan government for providing them facilities. They also thanked the Pakistani nation for hospitality, love and respect. After nine-day stay, they left for India by three trains.
