35 held in Karachi search operation

KARACHI (92 News) – Police have on Wednesday detained at least 35 suspects during search operation in different areas of Karachi’s Baldia Town and Lyari. As per details, on a tip off the presence of suspects, police carried out a search operation in Baldia Town’s Saeedabad area and nabbed 15 persons. According to police, the arrested suspects were shifted to police station for further interrogation. On the other hand, an accused namely Shahid involved in dozens of snatching incidents was held in a raid in Boat Basson area. Meanwhile, at least two accused were apprehended during a raid conducted in Super Market area and also recovered weapons and looted items.
