ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as 38 new cases of dengue fever were reported in the twin cities during last 24 hours.

According to the Islamabad district health officer, 26 new cases of dengue fever were reported. The total number of dengue patients in the city have reached 4,535. 19 people so far have lost their lives due to dengue fever.

Meanwhile, the Rawalpindi district health officer said that 12 cases of dengue fever in Allied Hospital, five in Holy Family Hospital, six in DHQ Hospital and one in Benazir Hospital were reported during last 24 hours. The situation of 7 patients is critical in Holy Family Hospital.
