Punjab Ehsaas Ration Discount Program is flagship program of Imran Khan: Ch Pervaiz Elahi

LAHORE (92 News) - Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has said that 40 percent affordable items are being provided to eight million deserving families through the Punjab Ehsaas Ration Discount Program. 

In a statement on Wednesday, he said that Punjab Ehsaas Ration Discount Program is the flagship program of Imran Khan. “The government is providing relief and maximum facilities to people of the province. Deserving families can buy pulses, ghee, oil and flour at a reduced rate of 40 percent from registered grocery stores. This project is a big step towards poverty alleviation and welfare state. The victims in three flood-affected districts have also been registered in this program.”

Earlier, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf delegations met Chief Minister Punjab Chaudhry Parvaiz Elahi. The delegation appreciated Punjab Ehsaas Ration Discount Program and other welfare services.
