40 coronavirus deaths, 2,158 new cases reported during past 24 hours

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – A surge has been witnessed in the coronavirus cases across the country, with 2,158 new cases reported during the last 24 hours.

According to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on Thursday, 40 more deaths were reported during the last 24 hours. The positivity remained at 6.30 percent.

During this period, 34,216 tests were conducted while overall deaths have reached 22,928.
