41 killed in bus accident in Bela area of Lasbela district, Balochistan

LASBELA (92 News) - In a tragic accident near Lasbela, 41 people killed when a passenger coach fell into a ditch and caught fire.

According to Assistant Commissioner Bela, the coach was going from Quetta to Karachi. The accident happened due to negligence of the driver. Due to high speed, the coach fell down the bridge and caught fire. Among the dead are women and children.

According to the Assistant Commissioner, most of the bodies are unidentifiable. A DNA test will be conducted. There were 48 passengers in the bus. The injured were shifted to Belah and Karachi.

CM Balochistan Abdul Qudous Bizenjo expressed concern over the loss of precious lives. Abdul Qadoos Bizenjo asked for a report within 24 hours.

Abdul Qudous Bizenjo said in his statement that it is essential to establish an effective action plan to prevent accidents. Passengers cannot be left at the mercy of transporters and irresponsible drivers.
