47 coronavirus deaths, 2,545 new cases reported during past 24 hours

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – A surge has been witnessed in the coronavirus cases across the country, with 2,545 new cases reported during the last 24 hours.

According to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on Thursday, 47 more deaths were reported during the last 24 hours. The positivity remained at 5.20 per cent.

During this period, 48,910 tests were conducted while overall deaths have reached 22,689.

The province-wise cases are: Sindh (351,006), KPK (139,960), Punjab (349,111), Islamabad (84,083), Balochistan (28,588), Azad Jammu and Kashmir (21,481) and Gilgit Baltistan (7,163).
