624 families refuse polio drops to children in South Waziristan

DERA ISMAIL KHAN (92 News) – As many as 624 families refused to allow their children to be administered anti-polio drops in South Waziristan. The authorities said that families have also refused anti-polio drops to their children in FR Jandula area. They have contacted local Ulema to convince the refusing families. About 22 polio cases were reported till 2014 in South Waziristan.
