Illegal construction demolished in Khawaja Asif’s housing society

SIALKOT (92 News) – An operation on Sunday has been launched in PML-N leader Khawaja Asif’s housing society to retrieve occupied land and demolished the illegal construction in Sialkot.

According to the reports, heavy machinery and dozens of government vehicles have reached the site. The concerned authorities stated that the operation has been launched to recover the land reserved for graveyard and parking in society.

On the occasion, the enraged PML-N workers exchanged hot words with the police. It has also been reported that the retrieved land worth in 80 million rupees.

Former Mayor Sialkot, Tauheed Akhtar alleged that they are being politically victimized and added that they were even not allowed to take out Rs63mn in their offices before the demolition.

Last week, district Administration Lahore retrieved 38 kanals of state land allegedly illegally occupied by PML-N’s Khokhar brothers.
