Modi's meeting with Kashmiri leaders remained inconclusive: FM Qureshi
June 25, 2021

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's meeting with the Kashmiri leaders had been inconclusive.

Talking to the media on Friday, he said that yesterday's meeting was a stunt which meant nothing. "The Kashmiri leaders have demanded withdrawal of the illegal step taken on August 5," he maintained.

He said that Indian credibility had been damaged badly due to cruelties against the Kashmiris. "India could not break the resolve of the Kashmiris despite extreme cruelties," he added.

The foreign minister said that the deployment of the United Nations Peace Mission was not in their knowledge. "It is being expected that Turkey will maintain its security responsibilities at the Kabul airport," he concluded.
