ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court of Pakistan has ordered the police to identify the accused involved in the attack on a temple in Rahimyar Khan.

Hearing the suo motu notice, a two-member bench ordered the police to release innocent people. "Moreover, the challan should be presented in the trial court after identifying the accused," he added.

The apex court ordered the trial court to ensure the case judgment in four months. It also ordered to maintain the deployment of security officials in Bhong Village.

Meanwhile, the court ordered the police to get cleared the Katcha area from dacoits.

Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed remarked that they could not get rid of dacoits even after so many years of the creation of Pakistan.

Talking to the media outside Supreme Court, Hindu leader Ramesh Kumar said that the temple had been restored from inside while work is going on outside. "Pakistan and the Supreme Court have set an example for the world, including India," he added.
