69 new dengue cases reported in the twin cities during last 24 hours

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as 69 new cases of dengue fever were reported in the twin cities during last 24 hours.

According to Islamabad district health officer, 38 cases were reported from rural areas and 16 cases were reported from urban areas. In rural areas, the total number of dengue patients have reached 2,555 and the total figure of dengue patients in urban areas have reached 1,920. The total number of dengue patients in the city have reached 4,475.

Meanwhile in Rawalpindi, 15 new cases of dengue patients were reported in Allied Hospital, six in Holy Family Hospital, five in Benazir Hospital and four in DHQ hospital during last 24 hours. The situation of five patients is critical in Holy Family Hospital.
