7th Muharram processions taken out across country

LAHORE (92 News) – The 7th Muharram processions were taken out across the country on Thursday. In Multan, the central procession started from Imambargah Haideria Galgasht. Processions were also taken out in Sukkur, Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Jhang, Chiniot and Quetta. Water and milk 'sabeels' were set up along the route. Mobile phone service remained suspended along the routes of the processions. Later, 'majalis' were also held in all cities. Stringent security arrangements were made on the occasion.
