90 percent people following government’s directions: Ch Sarwar

LAHORE (92 News) – Punjab Governor Chaudhry Sarwar has said that 90 percent people are following the directions of the government. Speaking in 92 News’ Program SubhSavaray Pakistan on Saturday, he urged the citizens to avoid congregations in mosques and parks. He said that the Punjab government will distribute Rs10 billion among 2.5 million families across the country. “The prime minister has announced the biggest package for the construction industry in the history of the country,” he said. The governor said that the University of Health Sciences has prepared a protective kit. “It is hoped that protective kits will be prepared on a large scale,” he added. He said that remaining in maximum isolation is the treatment of the COVID-19. “The developed and richest country like the USA is feeling difficulty in fighting against the disease,” he maintained. Chaudhry Sarwar said that the coronavirus cases are increasing daily and there is danger of its spread in the country. “We have to fight against the coronavirus pandemic,” he said. He urged the people to display unity and discipline in this difficult time. “The nation was also united in the 2005 earthquake and 2010 floods,” he added.
