92 News reporter Chand Nawab manhandled at Karachi Cantonment Station

KARACHI (92 News) – Karachi Railway police on Tuesday subjected 92 News senior reporter Chand Nawab along with his crew to severe torture at Karachi Cantonment Station. It is pertinent here to mention that Chand Nawab, who shot to fame after subsequent featuring of his character in a blockbuster Bollywood movie ‘Bajrangi Bhaijan’, arrived on the spot to uncover the corruption at the railway station. He was covering scalping of train tickets when the railway officials and police allegedly beaten him up and his team members including DSNG driver and engineers. The citizens across the country condemned the torture on 92 News senior journalist. Citizens said that Karachi railway police is involved in selling of train tickets in black. Sindh minister Nisar Khuhro had taken notice of the incident and ordered inquiry into it. Meanwhile, the tall claims of Railway Minister Khawaja Saad Rafiq have proved false.
