92 News reporter Fakhruddin passes away due to COVID-19

PESHAWAR (92 News) – 92 News senior reporter and journalist Fakhruddin Syed passed away during battle on the front line against coronavirus (COVID-19) in Peshawar. Fakhruddin Syed is the first journalist from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa who loss his life due to this pandemic. He was one of the pioneers from 92 News HD channel. He always performed his duty of reporting voluntarily on every Eid. The management and entire team of 92 News expressed deep sorrow and grief over the sad demise of senior journalist Fakhruddin Syed. The entire team of the channel is equally partner in the grief of Fakhruddin Syed’s bereaved family in this need of hour. He contributed many exclusives and breaking stories during his affiliation with 92 News. He also recently broke important stories related to Corona. He covered his all stories in best possible way even it related to crime reporting or terrorism. He was considered as the senior journalists from the province. He also served on the various positions in Peshawar Press Club, Khyber Union of Journalists and Federal Union of Journalists. He was very sociable, kind-hearted, good-natured and loving. The 92 News senior reporter was recently admitted to Hayatabad Medical Complex for treatment of coronavirus but could not recover. He leaves behind a widow and two daughters. Fakhruddin Syed was a dutiful and hardworking worker of the organization, 92 News management will always remember the services of late Fakhruddin and will not leave his family alone. However, 92 News management and team pray for higher place of the deceased in jannah and granting fortitude to the bereaved family members.
