92 News reporter manhandled by Nawaz Sharif’s protocol staff

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The security guards of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif have on Tuesday thrashed 92 News reporter Shah Khalid at Judicial Complex. The incident took place at the Judicial Complex when the former prime minister appeared before the accountability court over three references filed against Sharif family by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) for having assets beyond their known sources of income, including London flats and Azizia Steel Mills. The protocol staff also another reporter of a news channel from covering the incident and subjected him to severe torture due to which he fell unconscious. The security guards also snatched the mobile phones of the journalists. On the other hand, Pakistan Federal Union of Journalist (PFUJ) President Rana Azeem announced to hold protest demonstration against torture on journalists tomorrow.
