Toshakhana reference: Court accepts NAB plea to auction Nawaz Sharif's property

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – An accountability court accepted the plea of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to auction the property of PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif.

The court ordered the SECP chairman to sell the shares of Nawaz Sharif. It also ordered the Sheikhupura DCO to sell the land owned by Nawaz Sharif and submit a report within 60 days.

The court also ordered to deposit the amount in the national exchequer. Moreover, the court ordered to sell the vehicles of Nawaz Sharif within 30 days.

The court ruled that the properties against whom there is no objection will be auctioned.
